Full Time Sales [Over 35 Hours Per Week] | Salary Plus Commission or Commission Paid Monthly On All Advertisements Sold By Inside Sales Executive |  Training Pay - Commission Only | Need Phone & Computer Access | Position Is Flex Time | See Salary Schedule Below.

Performance Based Blended Salary  For Full Time Sales Professionals | Must Achieve A Minimum Sales Target For Salary | All Full Time Sales Professionals That Do Not Meet Or Exceed Monthly Sales Target Will Be Compensated At Part Time Compensation Rate Only [20%] | Sales Made During Training & Probationary Period Are Compensated At A 20% Commission Rate Only. 

Part-Time Sales Positions Are A Flat Commission Rate Only; Full Time Sales Staff May Opt-In To Blended-Salary Program Or Hourly-Salary Program When Monthly Sales Targets Are Met Or Exceeded. Further Expanation Of Compensation Options Will Be Provided During Training.

More Than  6000 USD 600 USD 10 % of Gross
More Than  7500 USD 900 USD 10 % of Gross
More Than  9000 USD 1100 USD 10 % of Gross
More Than  10500 USD 1300 USD 11 % of Gross
More Than  12000 USD 1500 USD 11 % of Gross
More Than  13500 USD 1700 USD 11 % of Gross
More Than  15000 USD 1900 USD 12 % of Gross
More Than  16500 USD 2100 USD 12 % of Gross
More Than  18000 USD 2300 USD 12 % of Gross
More Than  19500 USD 2500 USD 13 % of Gross

Blended Performance Based Salaried Positions Are Paid At The End Of Each Month; Targets Must Be Reached To Participate In The Blended - Salary Program. If Monthly Sales Targets Have Not Been Met, Or If The Sales Person Elects The Commission Only Compensation Program, The Following Applies:  Compensation Is Paid Bi-Monthly. Sales Staff [Inside/Outside Executives] Will Participate In The Blended-Salary Program After Successful Completion Of Training & The Probationary Period; A 6-8 Week Period. A Sales Target For That Period Is No Less Than 9K Of Gross Sales. During The Training/Probationary Period, Sales Staff [Inside/Outside Executives] Are Compensated A Flat 20% Commission Rate. After That Target Has Been Met, Or Is Exceeded, The Sales Staff  Will Have The Option To Be In The Commission Only Program Or The Blended-Salary Program Or  Participate In The Hourly-Salary Program.

More Than  25000 USD 3000 USD 14 % of Gross 25000 USD To 30000 USD

Group Sales Expectations 75K Monthly - Minimum

Blended Salary Program: 3000 USD Per Month Plus Commission Rate of 10%

There Is No Group Commission Rate In The Blended Salary Program.

Blended Hourly-Salary Program Available After Training & Probation Period. A Minimum  Sales Target Must Be Achieved To Complete Training/Probationary Period [15 New Clients Within First  6-8 Weeks and/or 9000 USD Gross Sales Whichever Is Greater].  Compensation: $ 15 Dollars Per Hour Paid As A Stipend on A 1099 Plus Bonus Monies [2-5%]. No More Than 24 Hours Per Week. Staff Must Maintain Sales Target Each Month To Continue In The Hourly-Salary Program. After Training & Probation - Blended Hourly-Salaried Program Stays In Effect When A Monthly Sales Target Of 7500 USD Gross Is Achieved By The Sales Staff.
